The development of digital solutions for library operations often requires significant financial investment, technical infrastructure, and skilled manpower. In addition to this, libraries have to consider data protection, backups, and privacy. These are the key hindrances to library services. There is a need for a platform/ecosystem that can be implemented easily and remains unaffected by the challenges commonly faced by libraries. Google Workspace provides an environment for building lightweight applications that require no server or network infrastructure. Google Workspace is an ecosystem of 100+ different services that can be used for many different purposes. The beauty of these services is that they can be integrated. This study presents the implementation of Google Workspace services (Google Sheets, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Google Forms) and Apps Script to streamline three key processes in library services, i.e., recruitment of manpower, complaint/feedback system, and Computer-Based Test (CBT).
